Time-weighted return
Removes the effect of your deposits and withdrawals — used to judge strategy performance.
Money-weighted return
Reflects your actual cash flows — used to judge your outcome.
Maximum drawdown
Largest peak-to-trough decline in account equity over the period.
High-water mark
Performance fees accrue only above the previous equity peak, so you are not charged twice for the same gains.

Sandbox figures are generated by a deterministic simulator. They are illustrative and are labelled as such everywhere they appear.
